Identity & operations · Managed deployment
One place to manage people, accounts and the systems they use.
w3K Administrator is the identity and account administration platform operated by w3K LLC. It is the system of record for who works where, and for the accounts each person holds on the platforms their organisation runs.
What w3K Administrator does
A person joins an organisation once, in w3K Administrator, and the accounts that follow are created from that single record rather than by hand on each platform in turn:
- People. A staff directory and employee file for each organisation: role, department, manager, employment status, and the platform accounts linked to that person.
- Account provisioning. Google Workspace and Mattermost accounts created, updated and suspended from the employee record, so an account is never left behind when someone leaves.
- Transport operations. Patient transport scheduling, routing and driver management for the healthcare organisations w3K supports.
- Mattermost administration. Users, teams and channels across the Mattermost servers w3K runs.
Signing in
w3K Administrator uses Google sign-in only. There are no separate usernames or passwords for the platform itself, and no password for it to store or leak. When you sign in, we ask Google for your email address, your basic profile, and the stable identifier Google assigns your account: nothing more. We never see your Google password, and we cannot read your mail, files or calendar: those permissions are not requested.
Which organisation you land in is decided by the address you sign in with, and what you can see there is decided by your role in that organisation.
Who it is for
w3K Administrator is used by w3K LLC and the organisations it administers. It is not a consumer product and there is no public sign-up: accounts exist because an employer created them.
Data and privacy
Where an organisation engages w3K, that organisation is the controller of its employees’ information and w3K is its processor. Stored credentials are encrypted, access to them is a named privilege rather than a matter of seniority, and every read is recorded. The w3K privacy policy sets out in full what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
